Dr. Maisa Hassan combines distinguished academic depth with extensive practical expertise, having held prominent positions across both the public and private sectors, and providing advanced legal counsel to major institutions and organizations.
She specializes in drafting and reviewing contracts and administrative decisions, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to managing and resolving disputes and representing clients before the Court of Cassation and the State Council. She is also recognized for her ability to develop internal legal policies, draft bylaws and regulations, conduct administrative investigations with efficiency and professionalism, and provide practical legal solutions to complex disputes.
Alongside her academic career as a researcher in international and criminal law, Dr. Hassan currently serves as a Legal Counsel at Mhanny & Partners, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s activities and enriching its diverse legal expertise.
